MY ROLE

Set Designer & Carpenter

The story

The show's premise sent its family on the road, so almost every episode needed new environments. With around thirty stages shooting at once, no set could be a one-off. Environments were broken down into modular walls, floors that could be redressed, and hero pieces built once and reused.

What I did

Designed miniature sets and environments from scripts and storyboards, and built them, across thirty episodes.

Recognition

The series won Best Animated Program or Series at the 25th Gemini Awards in 2010, awarded to the producer.
